Generally, the electronic sealing material, which are used to connect aluminum alloy components, are low temperature sealing glass with lower melting than 700oC. Therefore, they are not competent for sealing high temperature components working temperature about 1000oC. Fortunately, new high temperature electronic sealing material as a kind of inorganic composite can overcome this technical difficulty and can seal metal or alloy, ceramic, other glasses (including glass ceramics) and complex materials about 1000oC or more than 1000oC.
