In 2006 National Science and Technology Conference, the S150 Ultra-High Speed Framing Camera, which is jointly-researched by Shenzhen University, XIOPM of CAS, and Institute of Fluid Physics, China Academy of Engineering Physics(CAEP), won the 2nd Awards of National Technical Innovation.
S150 Ultra-High Speed Framing Camera is an advanced facility with wide-frame and high-performance space and time information recording equipment, which focuses on the research of ultra-fast process. During the research and development, numerous scientists and researchers are bold in innovations, and successfully adopted four own innovative techniques and inventions, some of which rank international advanced level.
After the facility going into service, several important research examinations were successfully accomplished which played a greater role in promoting the research works of many subjects in China.
