Biography:
Ruan Chi, he graduated from Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007. At present, he is a research fellow of the State Key Laboratory of Transient Optics and Photon Technology, Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is a member of the professional committee of fiber optics and integrated optics, Chinese Optical Society, visiting scholar of Virginia Tech University during 2010-2011. As a project leader, he is responsible for completing more than twenty scientific research projects including JW science and Technology Commission, National 863 project, Shaanxi key R & D plan, strategic cooperation project of Guangdong Academy of Sciences, innovation fund of Chinese Academy of Sciences, science and technology plan of Ministry of communications, etc. More than 50 articles were published, 16 of which were indexed by SCI and 25 in EI. A total of 31 patents have been applied for, including 16 invention patents. The research achievements won the second prize of science and technology of China highway society in 2016 and 2017 respectively. The research direction is intelligent photoelectric sensor technology and application.
