Introduction

Division of Space Science Weak-signal Detection Technology,was founded in March 2018. We are committed to the research of ultrafast optoelectronic devices, systems and relative engineering applications. Our streak camera, framing camera, high speed ICCD camera, single-photon anode detectors are widely used in space science, high energy density physics, biochemistry, materials science and medical imaging. We have developed payloads with high level resistance of radiation and reliable single-photon-detect capability for extreme space environment use. At the mean time we also successfully developed the first high-orbit satellite FUV ionospheric imaging device of China, which filling the gap of the space exploration technology and promoting the development of space science and technologydomestically. The first commercial synchronous scanning streak camera system was also born in this department and continually providing a large varieties of high-end scientific research equipment for materials science, photobiology and photochemistry research in China.
