Biography:
He studied at Lanzhou University from Sept. 1984 to May 1988,majoring in electronics and Information. Studied at the University of Science and Technology of China ( USTC ) from Sept. 1988 to May 1991, majoring in electronics engineering. Worked at the Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics (XIOPM) of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) from July 1991 to May 1997. Studied at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore from July 1997 to May 2000. And worked at Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics (XIOPM) of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) from June 2000 to now.
