The 4th International Conference on Photonics and Optical Engineering (icPOE 2020) will be held online during Oct. 15-16 due to the pandemic of COVID-19, in joint with the 12th annual meeting on Photonics West China. This conference is a frontier forum on science and technology in the field of photonics and optical engineering. The conference covers eleven academic topics. A number of famous international and domestic experts and scholars will be invited to give presentations. The contributed papers will be published in the Proceedings of SPIE (EI indexed).
