In the morning on April 9, Shaanxi Scientific and Technological Innovation Conference-Scientific Technology Awards Conference was held in Shaanxi Hotel. Party Secretary of Shaanxi province Hu Heping presented awards to the winners of the Highest Achiever of 2018 Scientific Technology of Shaanxi Province and gave speech. The governor Liu Guozhong presided the conference and the vice governor read out the Decisions of 2018 Scientific and Technological Awards of Shaanxi Province. This year 2 persons won the Highest Achiever of Scientific Technology of Shaanxi Province and 39 first prizes, 107 second prizes and 114 third prizes were awarded.

The two research achievements, with XIOPM as their primary complete unit, separately won the first and second prize. The first prize is for “Image Interpretation Theory Based on Semantic Topology Analysis and Structure Optimization Learning”.  The second prize is for “Detection Camera’s Performance Testing System” which was completed by the researcher group of Zhao Jianke.
