On Sept. 13, Li Qiang, Party Secretary of Jiangsu Province and Hu Heping, Governor of Shaanxi Province came to XIOPM for survey of innovation and startups progress in the Institute. Wei Minzhou, member of Shaanxi Provincial Party Standing Committee and Party Secretary of Xi’an City, Liu Xiaoyan, member of Shaanxi Provincial Party Standing Committee and Secretary General of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, and Zhao Hongzhuan, Secretary of Xi’an Hi-tech Zone Party Working Committee accompanied them in the survey

    Accompanied by Director Zhao Wei and Secretary Ma Caiwen of XIOPM, Li Qiang and Hu Heping, etc. came to the XIOPM demonstration hall of industrialization achievements, viewed and experienced some of XIOPM’s hi-tech results in serving major sectors of national economy and people’s livelihood through R&D and successful transformation, and heard the introduction by Director Zhao Wei to XIOPM’s scientific research system and mechanism, idea of quickening transformation of scientific and technological achievements, exploration practice and results, and current situations of hi-tech enterprise incubation and cultivation. Li Qiang and Hu Heping highly affirmed XIOPM’s vision on innovation-driven development, removal of thresholds for open operation, and achievements in greatly advancing transformation of scientific and technological achievements, encouraging innovation and startups and incubating and cultivating hi-tech enterprises.
