On Jan. 16, the 3rd Session Peking University Guanghua “The Belt and Road” Development Forum was held solemnly in Xi’an Branch, Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. 

Ma Caiwen, Party Secretary of our institute, participated in the forum at the invitation, gave introduction to our institute’s exploration and practice in actively driving system and mechanism reform and promoting industrialization of sci-tech achievements, and on behalf of XIOPM, unveiled “Innovative Industry Demonstration and Cultivation Base of CAS Stars Incubator and Guanghua School of Management, Peking University” jointly with Professor Wu Zhipan, Executive Vice President of Peking University.

Our institute will carry out joint training of innovative and entrepreneurship talents, innovation and entrepreneurship activities, construction of incubator and united group innovation space and strategic cooperation in sharing of teacher team and investment and financing resources, etc. with the Guanghua School of Management on the basis of advantage complement and common development. Both parties will follow the national strategy of public entrepreneurship and innovation, to jointly strive for building good ecological environment for entrepreneurship and innovation, constructing higher-quality/level service platform concerned and boosting implementation of the innovation-driven-development national strategy.

In addition, Professor Li Qi, Vice Dean of the Guanghua School of Management, Ren Zhiwu, Inspector of the Section of Hi-tech Industry, National Development & Reform Commission, Fang Weifeng, Director of Shaanxi Development & Reform Commission, Yuan Zhongde, Vice Director of Shaanxi Department of Industry and Information Technology, Party Secretary and Director of Shaanxi Office of National Defense Industry, and Yang Yong, Vice Party Secretary of Shaanxi State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, etc. were present to deliver theme speeches, and several distinguished guests from circles of aerospace, university and finance attended the forum and participate in roundtable summit dialogue.
