Two Papers of XIOPM Win the Excellent Thesis Prize on the Space Optics and Electromechanical Technology Seminar 2013

The Space Optics and Electromechanical Technology Seminar, held by Chinese Society of Space Research (CSSR), was convened in Xi’an, Shaanxi from November 4 to November 8, 2013. More than 120 representatives attended the seminar. They were from about 20 units, including CIOMP, XIOPM, LICP, Shanghai Institute of Satellite Engineering, Shanghai Institute of Astronavigation System Engineering, Beijing Institute of Control Engineering, Manned Space Flight Headquarters of CAST, Harbin Institute of Technology, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Tsinghua University and Zhengzhou University.

The paper “New Generation of X-ray Based Deep-space Wireless Communication Technology” was presented on the seminar by Researcher Zhao Baosheng and other researchers from Electronics Laboratory of XIOPM. It wholly and completely introduced the research progress of X-ray communication technology which was firstly proposed by XIOPM in the nationwide. Wu Chuanxing gave an oral report on the meeting, which drew strong focus and favorable comments from the representatives. They showed great interests and confirmation to the innovative research proposed by XIOPM. The paper won the Excellent Thesis Prize on the Seminar. Meanwhile, the paper, titled with “Test Design on Thermal Vacuum Quasi-accelerated Life of Two Dimensional Rotation Structures in Space”, presented by Shangguan Aihong and other persons from XIOPM also won the Excellent Thesis Prize on the Seminar.
