In the morning of June 27, XIOPM held the grand celebration conference of the 90th Anniversary of The Communist Party of China. Wang Tingda, deputy chief of the leading group of CAS Party construction work, former chief of CAS discipline inspection team assigned by the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Central Committee of the CPC, and Chen Tiecheng, deputy secretary of leading party group of Xi'an branch were invited to the conference, and Wu Wenbin, the secretary of the Party committee of XIOPM and other Party leading group members attended the conference. There are over 400 worker communists, student communists, retired communists, and some applicants for Party membership of XIOPM attended the conference. Secretary of the Party committee Wu Wenbin presided the conference.

The conference started in the solemn national anthem. Member of the Party committee, deputy director of XIOPM Ma Caiwen, on behalf of XIOPM, declared Decision of the Commendation of Advanced Basic-Level Party Branch, Excellent Communist, and Excellent Party affairs worker and Decision of the Commendation of Incorrupt and Diligent Leading Cadres. The Space room Party branch, transient room Party branch, and the 4th Party branch of the Retiree's General Party branch, 1st Party branch of Organization General Party branch, and Grade 2009 Party branch of graduates General Party Branch are awarded the title of "Advanced Basic-Level Party Branch". Meanwhile, 20 comrades were awarded the title of "Excellent Communist", 4 comrades including Xue Bin were awarded the title of "Excellent Party Affairs Worker", 3 comrades including Zhang Gangfeng were awarded the title of "Incorrupt and Diligent Leading Cadres". In the enthusiastic applause of the audiences, the leaders awarded the medal and certificates to the commended the representatives of the advanced basic-level Party organization and excellent communists.

On the celebration conference, new communists facing the bright red Party flag, raised the right hand and took the oath under the lead of Wu Wenbin. All the senior communists followed them and raise their right hands to review the oath: strive for the cause of communism all our lives, be ready to sacrifice everything for the Party and People at all times, and never betray party. Which expressed the solemn promise and firm determination to love the Party, be loyal to the Party, and strive for the cause of communism all our lives.
