Profile of the Lecturer

Cao Juncheng, born in Jiangxi in 1967 and won Ph. D from Electronic Engineering Department of Southeast University in 1994, is now a research fellow (Class II) and doctor tutor with CAS Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, director of national key laboratory of information functional material and winner of national fund for outstanding youth. He is mainly engaged in researches of THz physics, components and the application, etc, and has published more than 100 SCI theses in journal of Phys. Rev. Lett, etc and drawn wide attention from international academic circle. In 2004 he won Shanghai Peony Award for Research in Natural Sciences.
