Doctor Ge Yucheng: graduated with bachelor from National University of Defense Technology, PLA in 1987, bachelor；with Master from Institute of Modern Physics of CAS in 1990；with Ph. D from Beijing University（majoring in particle physics and nuclear physics）； completed post-doctoral research from Engineering Physics Department, Tsinghua University in June, 2005; began to be engaged in teaching and research of nuclear physics, fast electronics and ultrafast measurement in Beijing University since July 2005; researched, designed and implemented 25MeV/u 6He+9Be neutron transfer reaction experiment in Physics and chemistry Research Institute of Japan（RIKEN）; visited European Nuclear Center （CERN） to participate in CMS（Compact Muon Solenoid System）project explorer development and testing.
