Research fellow Xu Wen, graduated with bachelor from Department of Physics of Sichuan University in 1982, with Master from the Institute of Solid Physics, CAS, in 1985, and with Ph. D and post-doctorate from Department of Physics, Antwerp University physics, Belgium, in 1992 and 1992-1993 respectively; with post-doctorate from the Australian National University in 1993-1995; worked as Associate Fellow with University of Wollongong, Australia in 1995-1998, research fellow with University of Wollongong, Australia, in 1998-2001 (Fellow), Senior Fellow with the Australian National University in 2002, QEII research with fellow with Australian Research Council in 2001-2005. Research fellow Xu Wen’s research fields involve: semiconductor device physics, semiconductor nm system’s energy level structure, electric and magnetic transport , electric and photoelectric properties (including interaction with strong laser), spinning electron properties, ultrafast properties and acoustic properties.
