Prof. Duan Xiaoman, from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Prof. Yi Yasha, from New York University visited XIOPM on Dec. 22. Director-General Zhao Wei took part in academic exchanges together with more than 40 researchers at State Key Laboratory of Transient Optics and Photonics.

During the visit, Prof. Duan Xiaoman and Prof. Yi Yasha made academic reports entitled "Development Trends in Solar Energy Research at Massachusetts Institute of Technology" and "Nanophotonics for next generation renewable energy applications", respectively.
